About this course
Cosmetology Level 5 provides advanced skills in hairdressing, hairstyling, skincare, makeup, nail care, beauty therapy, and salon management. Trainees develop the ability to provide professional beauty services, manage clients, use specialised equipment, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Career Opportunities: Graduates can work as Professional Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists, Makeup Artists, Nail Technicians, Salon Supervisors, or establish and manage their own salon and beauty businesses.
Entry requirements
Level 5 - Craft Certificate
Any one of:
KCSE mean grade D (plain)
completion of a KNQF level 4 certificate or related course
an equivalent qualification as determined by KNQF.
